The human brain is one of the most complex systems on earth. Every component of the brain must work together in order to keep its body functioning.
It has always fascinated me to think how far this organ can take us.
It is said that the human being uses only 10 percent of his mental power. Do you think that is true?
I believe that each person uses a different percentage, it is clear that no one uses 100 percent. Imagine if we use an 80 percent, …wow, too much activity, I suppose.
The human brain is divided into two hemispheres. The left hemisphere is the «logical brain» and is involved in language and analysis and the right hemisphere is the «creative brain,» involved in daydreaming and imagination. The left hemisphere controls the right side of the body while the right hemisphere controls the left side.

Siempre me ha fascinado pensar lo lejos que nos puede llevar este órgano.
Se dice que el ser humano sólo utiliza un 10 por ciento de su poder mental. Creéis que es verdad?
Yo creo que cada persona utiliza un porcentaje, está claro que ninguna persona utiliza el 100 por cien. Imagina si utilizáramos un 80 por ciento,.. guau, demasiada actividad.
El cerebro humano es el órgano más complejo que existe. Controla el desarrollo de todo el cuerpo y consta de dos hemisferios, el izquierdo y el derecho, que tienen funciones complementarias. El ser humano para alcanzar su plenitud necesita las funciones de los dos hemisferios.
El hemisferio izquierdo es el «cerebro lógico» y está asociado con el lenguaje y el análisis, y el hemisferio derecho es el «cerebro creativo», es integrador e implicado en reconocer las facultades no verbales, espaciales, artísticas y musicales. Es intuitivo, imaginativo, fantasioso y soñador. Se le atribuye actividades propias del inconsciente. El hemisferio izquierdo controla el lado derecho del cuerpo mientras que el hemisferio derecho controla el lado izquierdo.
